Pueblo

Western Pleasure!

Before leaving the US as a youngster, Pueblo won multiple futurities. His pedigree is packed with World AQHA and APHA Champions on both sides, all the way down the line, and it shows. This beautiful, balanced Paint stallion has pure Quarter Horse bloodlines. He is intelligent, with a gorgeous head, kind eye and long neck. His chestnut coat shimmers with gold highlights in the sun, and his thick, multi-coloured tail reaches to the ground. This and his strong, muscular body type and the (ultra) laid-back disposition characteristic of Paints and Quarter Horses is what has made these breeds so popular in the US. And he is an absolute joy to ride!

Genetically, Pueblo pure Quarter Horse. His sire is AQHA-registered, and the great grandsire on his dam's side was a crop-out Paint from AQHA parents. His distinctive markings, brought about by the frame overo gene, are believed to be exclusive to horses of North American ancestry: there are a limited number of US-registered Paint Horses with his colour genetics on the African Continent.
