Our Herd

All six of our original Paint Horse herd members were imported into South Africa from the US in 2004/2005. This followed a 6-12 month quest throughout North America via the internet and resulted in the screening of literally hundreds of candidates.

Our boys graduated to “stallion” in 2005, with youngsters from outside mares on the ground the following year.  Three of our adult maiden mares foaled down in late 2007, blessing Paint Horse Africa with three fabulous fillies, all healthy and beautifully marked.  See more on our babies here.
